Katalyst (initiative of Third Sector Partners) follows a really strong result-oriented approach which is what sets them apart. They are constantly assessing their impact and looking for ways to improve their effectiveness. This philosophy goes into every little activity which is what makes the difference. They are very focussed on their effort and really strive to make a difference to the long term lives of the people they work with.
