Katalyst has a clear vision of supporting girl students who really want to achieve great in their life. The concept of giving every student a mentor is not only unique, but also shows the involvement of Katalyst Organization, in helping the students to develop better lifeskills. Monetary benefit the student gets is the least of the importance when compared to other benefits given by Katalyst, that helps in development development of their carrier and life, activities such as placement training, mentoring, counselling, academic support and the list goes on...
