Review for Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA, USA
I have volunteered with the ARL for a couple of months now. I was impressed at the rigor of their volunteer training. I was training for about a month before I walked my first dog alone. This really helped to put me at ease, especially since I was nervous around some of the really big dogs. Now, the day I volunteer is the highlight of my week. I love the ARL! I am impressed by their commitment to the community, and the community's commitment to the ARL. The ARL has been around for more than 100 years! I love volunteering here!
