Make a difference stands for change,change in the attitudes of the people and the general notions because here it is believed that an individual has the ablity to contribute in his capacity to the ever important cause of child education.Right from the day of the orientation for the interested volunteers through the subsequent discussion,brainstorming with like minded people i have always realised that true fulfilment can only be achieved by working for this cause. "A loving heart is the truest wisdom" Charles Dickens. it really gives me a sense of achievement when after my mad teaching session i recollect the faces of these children filled with enthusiasm.Not to forget that the lessons I take away from them have helped shaped my personality for the better.In all,by spending a couple of hours every week with the kids,i feel a sense of self worth and personal accomplishment. "If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader" John Quincy Adams Being in mad has got me a great circle of friends,a great support system,and these are just a few of the things im thankful to the organisation for. "and miles to go before i sleep ... and miles to go before i sleep." Robert Frost ive taken my initial steps in this journey of life..much more needs to be done.being a member of MAD makes me believe sky is the limit if you really want to make a differene!
