I've joined MADD recently. Its been an amazing and an eye opening experience. It gave me an opportunity to fulfill one of my earnest desires that was to teach. The timings alotted are at my convinience, hence adding on to my satisfaction. The course structure given to us is both easy to understand and make our students understand. The system of working out a Substitution is the best part which doesnt compromise either on the teachers' or on the students' part. The complete set up and working of MADD is very transparent with easy accessibility to everyone involved with the organosation. It feels freat to be associated with an organisation of this kind.
