I am a ProInspire fellow for the class of 2012. When I entered the program in May, I had high expectations. I wanted to learn and grow in a collaborative environment where I could make a difference in a leading non-profit. Over the last six months, my expectations have been met and exceeded repeatedly. The other fellows in my class constantly challenge me intellectually, and Monisha Kapila, ProInspire's CEO is a coach and mentor that any young professional would dream of having. As for the role I have been placed in, I couldn't imagine a better place to launch my career in the non-profit sector. I am without hesitation in saying the ProInspire has changed my life for the better.
