Animal rescues come in all shapes and sizes and all of them serve a greatly needed and invaluable purpose. The ones I find most inspiring, however, are the small rescues, started. operated and staffed by a very small number of incredibly dedicated individuals. Triple L Horse Rescue is one of these. The founder, her partner and sometimes a small number of family and friends pitch in every single day to care for the starved, mistreated, disabled and/or unwanted horses they have saved. They build and mend the fences,clean the stalls, nurse the sick, tend to the needs of all and most importantly, they give them the love and care that many of these wonderful creatures have never known before. This is all done on their own time, with their own sweat and occasionally their tears, and often funded from their own pockets. So many people spend their lives saying they want to do something to make the world a better place, but the amazing Triple L Horse Rescue people are actually doing it, every single day. They are the perfect example and role model that proves that when people truly cares enough to want to change things, they can find a way. to help make that happen.
