I met Sherry from Triple L Horse rescue in Hillard Fl through Facebook. We share a love of horses. She gives from her heart love & respect for these poor abused, under nourished defenseless animals. Denies herself normal comforts (even sleep) to make sure the horses are taken care of properly.
Kindly donate whatever you can to Triple L Horse Rescue.

Against overwhelming odds, Triple L Horse Rescue in Hilliard, Florida saves unwanted horses.
They have little money but give of themselves, unceasingly, to make life better for these poor creatures. Sherry denies her own comfort to make sure the horses are fed and properly cared for and deserves help in her mission.

I am proud to be affiliated with Triple L Horse Rescue. I met Sherry and Juanita about 3 years ago when they needed help transporting a rescue from an animal control facility. We became great friends and I was very impressed with how they were running their rescue. Since that time I have become President and Co-CEO! We are working hard to get a new facility, funding and volunteers! We rely solely on the public for the funding we receive that cares for the horses in our care. It is always our hope to rehab and rehome, but some circumstances necessitate the horse living with us forever and that's ok, we just have to be able to provide for their needs. Please come visit us! We are out in the country, but you are welcome anytime! Please call first to make sure Sherry is home, we do have a no trespassing policy in place to protect the horses. Horse Hugs to All!

Our family rescued a starving pony from our neighbors and with the upcoming travel required by my job I knew that I would not be able to care for the pony, (Misty fittingly now called Sweet Pea) like she needed or deserved. I called several rescues through out NE Florida for assistance, Sherry was one of three rescues that returned my call and the only one willing to help. I am very greatful that they were there in our time of need and thrilled that Sweet Pea has a new loving home.

I've known Sherry my whole life and her commitment to caring and loving for these animals is like everything she does, she gives a 110% every time ALL the time. She's an upstanding member of her community and has such passion in all she does for the animals. I've not met too many people with the love, devotion, & determination that Sherry shows on a daily basis when it comes to care for the animals. I can honestly say she has been a positive influence to myself and many others.

Sherry and her team work their hearts out to help abused and unloved horses. I'm proud to be associated with this group of wonderful human beings. I meet the group through Sherry's husband, Dave, and have been moved time and again by the plight these horses are in. If it wasn't for Sherry and Co their suffering would go on. Thank for all the wonderful heart warming work you do. You all give me hope.

This is a wonderful charity that goes to great lenghts and make many sacrificies to rescue and rehabilitate emaciated, starved and injured horses in Northeast Florida. Sherry from Triple L picked up a horse from two hours away and brought her to my property at midnight. The horse had been severly starved, was drastically underweight, her muscles had begun to atrophy and she could barely walk. She is here for some physical therapy, healthy feeding, nutrient supplements and some TLC. Sherry and her volunteers work very hard to see that these beautiful animals receive the best love, car and attention Elizabeth Maitland

Real Love is when you save a life any life. Animal rescue is sometimes a thank less job only rewarded by the love of the animal you save.

This rescue I have volunteered with in the past and have also donated. The lady that runs this rescue has a heart of gold. Any organization that can help starving and abused animals is a fantastic rescue but the CEO has invested not only her time and money but her heart and spirit into the horses that have been left by the way side. Even in the most severe cases, no matter how many heartbreaks, she keeps saving, rehabbing and rescuing the horses that need her the most and trying to adopt them out to suitable families that will then give the horse at a new chance at life.

Animal rescues come in all shapes and sizes and all of them serve a greatly needed and invaluable purpose. The ones I find most inspiring, however, are the small rescues, started. operated and staffed by a very small number of incredibly dedicated individuals. Triple L Horse Rescue is one of these. The founder, her partner and sometimes a small number of family and friends pitch in every single day to care for the starved, mistreated, disabled and/or unwanted horses they have saved. They build and mend the fences, clean the stalls, nurse the sick, tend to the needs of all and most importantly, they give them the love and care that many of these wonderful creatures have never known before. This is all done on their own time, with their own sweat and occasionally their tears, and often funded from their own pockets. So many people spend their lives saying they want to do something to make the world a better place, but the amazing Triple L Horse Rescue people are actually doing it, every single day. They are the perfect example and role model that proves that when people truly cares enough to want to change things, they can find a way. to help make that happen.
