Review for Third Sector Partners, Mumbai, , India
I work as a volunteer with the Katalyst Program in TSP. ( I have worked to help create data tracking systems, pitching documents and interact with students on a host of topics.) I like the program Katalyst due to the multiple benefits it brings to the student and his family by promoting education and more importantly grooming of the child. The grooming is done keeping in mind the needs of a good educational and personality background for further studies or a good corporate job.

1. To ensure a fundamental quality of grooming so that the girls are in fact more confident, well informed, poised at the end of the program 2. Maintain high levels of engagement from the girls as the program promotes self help rather than spoon feeding
