Review for HALO Animal Rescue, Phoenix, AZ, USA
We adopted our Chihuahua from HALO and couldn't be happier. We are so lucky that this organization works so hard to save dogs lives because otherwise our wonderful little girl would not be with us today. Thank you so much HALO for all the hard work you do and all the kindness in your hearts for these animals!
