There are a lotta problem with what we see around.. a lot of 'em are really bad and needs correction,seriously..but rather than mourn about them, we decided to change them ..that is what MAD is about. THE CHANGE ...its easy to comment and read reports about the ""BLACK SPOTS" of our society.... but its real hard and requires a lotta determination to pull out a plan and start DOING something..mad is all about the doing rather than the talking..and it gives you a sense of participation and involvement in the solution..i belive in the principles of MAD and feel proud to be part of it..the absence of any hierarchy gives you a feeling of equality and makes you feel like every one in the team. i dont really see that in any other NGO.and the comfort at the end of every week that you along with a rest of the volunteers are DOING something for the nation .i salute all volunteers ...
