The organization has not just given me financial support but much more than that.They arrange personality development classes,communication classes and a mentoring session,which is very important and helpful.

The sessions arranged by katalyst in holidays and week ends are very interactive.This has helped in improving skills.
Ways to make it better...
My experiences would have been better if the katalyst office was closer to my place as sometimes lot of time is wasted in traveling.
