MickaCoo is an amazing organization. But what makes an organization rise above the others is their dedication. MickaCoo's volunteers are the most dedicated volunteers I've ever seen. I've had the privilege to adopt one of their rescued birds, and the interview and application process was extremely detailed - they did their best to make sure this bird would be going into a incredible forever home even though they were so desperate for adopters. MickaCoo did not rush anything to try and get rid of birds as fast as they were coming in. They may take in hundreds of doves and pigeons each year, and be so full that they have to temporarily halt taking in more birds, but each bird is treated just as special as the other. Not only are they dedicated, but they give a special individual another chance at life. MickaCoo will forever get my support!
