My Nonprofit Reviews

Steve K
Review for The Prem Rawat Foundation, Los Angeles, CA, USA
I have been a TPRF contributor since its inception more than ten years ago and a volunteer on its core team for almost 3 years. Especially during these recent years of being so close to the organization, I have found myself more and more amazed at how much TPRF accomplishes through the combined global efforts of volunteers and contributors like me. There are so many generous, dedicated people making TPRF what it is, each in his or her own way. I feel honored and uplifted to be one of them. Between TPRF and its supporters there is a kind of mutual admiration society. TPRF respects them, and they respect TPRF. I think many people share the feeling of amazement at what the simple and heartfelt good will of people can do through TPRF. To me, the guidance and the inspiration of TPRF's founder is the key to this overflowing good feeling. TPRF is still something of a "best kept secret," but I see that changing with programs like Food for People, now in India, Nepal, and Ghana, and Peace for People all over the world. To me, these two program titles -- Food for People and Peace for People -- summarize the TPRF story beautifully. I truly hope that TPRF will continue to gain the positive recognition it deserves, not because TPRF needs the recognition, but because I know that each person who begins to notice the goodness of TPRF is fortunate and richly blessed. Look and look again at TPRF. Absolutely, check the transparent financial reports that have earned it consistent top rankings from the analysts. By all means, explore its many wonderful projects to advance food, water, and peace globally. And listen for yourself to what TPRF’s founder has to say about food, water, and peace. Keep looking in all these ways and perhaps you will start to sense the quality of the feeling behind all this. That feeling is what I find unique, beautiful, and unforgettable.
