As a trustee, my greates reward is knowing that we are helping and empowering people to make measurable improvements. As the proverb goes give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. It is more worthwhile to teach someone to do something, than to do something for them.
