Animal Place is a wonderful sanctuary that specializes in caring for some of the most brutalized animals in the world - farm animals. All too often, these animals are forced to live in appalling, cruel conditions until they are sent to slaughter. Well, Animal Place rescues many of these animals and allows them to live out their lives in peace, comfort and security. Animal Place also invites visitors out to interact with the animals, teaching people that the steaks and chops on their plates come from living, feeling animals. Animal Place teaches compassion and kindness and this is the way our Lord wants us to be. We need more people like those at Animal Place. God bless them all.
