My husband, Lonnie Cooper, is a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Philippines. His "assignment" to the Lingap Center was my introduction to this wonderful facility. I have been visiting with him at the Center for the past two weeks now and I find it to be a terrific place for kids to feel safe and secure. The children are wonderful, talented and very engaged in their studies. The staff is most helpful and excellent with the kids. I could not imagine a better facility anywhere! I have spoken with John Drake (and will meet himm in person today). His heart is full of love and pride for the Center -- as it should be.
