Several years ago a friend introduced me to Health Quarters Ministry newsletter and I was impressed with Dr. Frahm's wisdom on health issues. I had struggled for years with thyroid, digestive, and allergy problems, but received little help from the medical field. I considered contacting Dr. Frahm, but our insurance would not cover it. Since then I have continued to have those issues and added high cholesterol, magnesium deficiency, osteoporosis, low back and neck pain, sleep problems, nervousness, irritability and beginning macular and cataracts. I decided to take a step of faith and give his suppliments a try even though I had taken many previously. After one month of cleansing the liver, feeding the thyroid, and supporting the adrenals, I find myself more calm inside, less irritable and confused, sleeping, not craving sweets and the extreme itching skin and low back pain are gone. I believe other things will be corrected in time as I continue the program and I Praise the Lord for granting this man wisdom to help me and many others. Marilyn Parks
