1997 I attended and met Anne and David. At that time the doctors had given up on my 5 year battle with radiation and chemotherapy to cure my Non Hodgkin Lymphoma. So after I reading their book, attended a 10 day session. Praise God for this ministry, it made all the difference.

"Dr. Dave" won't speak to me on Facebook because I have a different political viewpoint than he does. I've tried contacting him multiple times for a consult because I am in pain, I'm weak, and I'm suffering. Now I'm blocked.

You, as a healthcare professional, can NOT say no to helping someone. Not very Christlike. Not a fan.

Several years ago I submitted a positive review for this group, but I searched it out and took it down. Many of the positive reviews I read about them are actually due to the main person who is no longer there. I no longer recommend this group since I don't agree with their focus on products and their way of doing business. Fortunately, those who want help figuring how to help their bodies be healthier can find Dave Frahm on facebook. He continues to be a genuine and caring source of wise health advice.

Having heard about Healthquarters Ministries years ago and reading Anne Frahm's story about how she cured herself of cancer by using good nutrition inspired me to look at my own lifestyle and make changes for my health. This ministry is Christ centered and is all about His divine healing and the education needed to reverse the disease process.

As a current employee I have found my calling working at HQM. Being in no relation to other staff members – I truly believe God has brought me to HQM. Not only do we help people with their health concerns but Dr. Anderson has helped me personally with my health issues. I found out March 2014 that I had an extremely large cyst on my right ovary and the results from the ultra sound came back as possible neoplasm. Shocked and scared my fellow colleagues including Dr. Anderson were very helpful providing their knowledge and their personal experience, that I started taking recommended supplements which helped me to ease the discomfort and calm my nerves. With daily prayers and consulting with Dr. Anderson and listening to her recommendation on what to do – I had the cyst surgically removed which resulted in a cyst that was over 8 pounds! Had I not taken the advice from my fellow colleagues at HQM it could have eventually…. I could not even imagine what could have ……. Having only my 3 kids as family members here in Colorado – Dr. Anderson even took the time to stay at the hospital for almost 7 ½ hours while I was in surgery. I am truly blessed to be a part of HQM. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They do not know real medicine here and there is not a real doctor that works here. I am surprised they have not killed anyone here yet. The CEO has absolutely no integrity and cannot be trusted. They purport to be Christians but have displayed a level of dishonesty and lack of compassion that was mind blowing. The current leaders did a coup on the remaining founder and kicked him out of his own ministry. This place displays levels of nepotism that is beyond unethical. They have planted seeds of mistreatment that they will reap in devastation. I would run far away from people with such hypocritical character.

For many years, I've followed the work of Health Quarters Ministries/Dave and Anne Frahm. Dave and staff provide helpful nutritional advise via the website, Facebook, consultation and seminars. I have taken advantage of the consultation service, purchased products and donate to further the ministry.

Years of study and professionalism are evident. Dr.Dave has helped me from severe exhaustion, crying almost daily from frustration over the lethargy, sleeping 6 hours a day, napping at work and sleeping 10 hours a night to sleeping 8 hours a night, stopped all ADHD/ Depression medications and hopefully will resume dojo life soon! I lost and KEPT OFF 20 pounds with simply a diet change, supplements and a walk once a day. When the doctors were clueless..Dave Frahm LISTENED and helped me to get my life back. I had stage 4 uterine cancer 6 years ago. After depleting all options from the oncologists, my mom took me to "a nutrionist she had heard of". I had no idea at all what a nutritionist/naturopath was. I was looking for someone who could teach me about health, foods, mainly fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains and seeds and how they impact the body in a positive way to help heal some chronic illness I am dealing with. I actually had subscribed to Healthquarters newsletter over 18 years ago, and just recently found Dave Frahm on Facebook. I was amazed at how much free info. Dave posted on his Facebook page. It was everything I had been looking and praying for, for help with my chronic illness. He is so friendly, funny and extremely helpful. Always there to answer questions and discuss health, illness and specific strategies to target specific ailments. This was exactly what I needed. I printed the health assessment from his website, filled it out, got it back to him, and had a phone consultation in one week. He gave me a battle plan to specifically heal my health issues. He is always there and ready if we need help. His spiritual guidance in the form of encouraging words from the scriptures and his love for our Creator is inspiring and fills me with joy. This program has changed my life. I now have completely changed my eating habits from bad to amazingly good! I was diagnosed with stage 1 ovarian cancer in 2006. I had two abdominal surgeries and 6 cycles of chemo. It came back in 2009 with metastasis to bone. I had another abdominal surgery, 6 more cycles of chemo. (with reactions twice) and 15 cycles of radiation. Still we found the cancer had spread to my left lung so I had two tumors removed later that year. When they discovered it in my right lung, they suggested surgery and chemo. again. I declined the chemo. and the doctor refused my surgery. I began working with HealthQuarters later that month. After only two months, we saw positive results. By December of 2010, I was cancer-free. My oncologist calls it a miracle. So do I. HealthQuarters was wonderful to work with. I was never worried about my choice for treatment. They offered me a chance when conventional medicine couldn't. Everyone was so kind and helpful . . . and patient with all of my questions. I recommend them to everyone who is willing to fight for their health.

Hello. my name is Jackie. I live in Detroit, Mi. My husband has a C-TSCAN AND Medical records that indicate stage 4 colon cancer.There is a mass in the colon that has spread to his liver and lungs. Cancer Battle Plan ARRIVED IN THE MAIL TODAY. We are thinking of attending the lodge. Can MEDICAL RECORDS BE SENT prior to making a final decision to attend? The hospital colonoscopy for colon cancer was INCONCLUSIVE. The hospital now wants a liver biopsy....the oncologists is positive it is cancer and had arranged for a chemo port to be installed. We want to evaluate all options with chemo as the last option...so far.

Dr. Frahm is one of the best informants of health issues that I have known. His willingness to share his expertise is beyond anyone else. He freely gives information to the public on Facebook and it is always helpful. His consistency is beyond measure. I first discovered Healthquarters ministry in the summer of 2002 prior to going overseas for missionary service. I was exhausted most of the time and Dave cautioned me that if I didn't get my body and stress level in better shape, I would be home within 18 months. With his recommendations, in six weeks I had way more energy and was much more able to function. ("It's hard to serve when your sick,"Dave says..so true!) I'm happy to have found this ministry and have been following much of Dave's advice over the past nine years in overseas service. The staff are always friendly, patient, helpful and respectful. May you go forward for many more years to come!!

Wow, where do I start? About 8 years ago, my husband & I went to another naturopathic Dr who charged us $150 each time we went to hook us up to an electronic device to determine what our bodies needed. We bought a copy of Dr. Dave Frahm's book: Cancer Battle Plan and never went back to the other place. We visited Dave and he only charged $60 for the first visit and $30 for subsequent ones, taught us how to muscle response test with our hands (not an electronic device) and though we did not have cancer, we wanted to avoid it and believe our going to see Dr. Dave was one of the reasons we are still so healthy. Dave is a kind, caring, non-greedy type of person and will be straight and honest with you. I would recommend him to anyone struggling with any health issues...so many of them will just be prescribed with drugs that will not cure the underlying issue. Dave is also a Christian, but don't let that stop you.

After having a mastectomy for breast cancer, a friend of mine loaned me David Fromm's Cancer Battle Plan book. I read it during my recovery and found it to be a bit overwhelming in its scope and in the possibilities of things that can cause cancer in our bodies. However, I set the book aside and continued to sort through some of what I had read. At my friend's recommendation, I made an appointment with David Fromm. In the meantime, I began taking tamoxifen as my oncologist's recommended prevenative care treatment plan. I was leary about taking it. For the first week I was fine. Then I began to have serious side effects: hormones completely wacked out, a low blood sugar attack, and also tightening around the chest and heart area. I could barely think. I decided to go off the tamoxifen and I made an appointment with my oncologist. Her response was that all these side effects were normal. She reminded me of the increased risk of recurrence if I did not take tamoxifen. I did not feel as though she wanted to consider or address my concerns about what may have caused the cancer in my body in the first place. When I had my appointment with David Fromm, and he talked about the breast cancer pattern, what he said made so much sense to me. My mother and aunt had survived thyroid cancer, and I had three sisters with thyroid issues. Hearing that my thyroid was starving, that my adrenal glands needed strengthening, and that my digestive system also needed help: all of these things that he said were underlying causes of breast cancer matched my areas of concern. I felt as though I had met someone who was interested and able to work with the underlying causes of cancer instead of just recommending a drug as a bandaid. I have taken some of David Fromm's supplements for a month now and I am pleased with the results. People tell me that I look very healthy. I seem to be digesting my food better. I no longer have to eat every couple of hours in order to feel full or to keep from getting shakey. I feel as though I am only at the beginning of the journey in learning how to better care for my body. But I do not feel alone in that journey. I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma(MM) in 2005. Through diet learned my condition has stayed in remission. My oncologist tells me that 3 other patients with the MM diagnosed in the same year only lived 2 yrs average... by God's grace and with the help of HQ ministries, I'm going on in year six. My name is Robin; I recieved as a gift from my sister the Thyrostim - support for feeding the thyroid. I have hashimotos and was always lead to believe (by conventional doctors) that my thyroid would not be able to 'come back'....and will eventually die off. Well, I have hope and since reading the testimonials of others taking this Thyrostim I am encouraged that someday I will have a functioning thyroid. After having a total hysterectomy, due to having cancer of the uterus, I wanted to have a battle plan afterwards to understand root causes of disease and assure myself of complete wellness from a more holistic viewpoint. Several years ago a friend introduced me to Health Quarters Ministry newsletter and I was impressed with Dr. Frahm's wisdom on health issues. I became acquainted with Healthquarters by wanting to find information on any kind of alternative treatments for my cousin who had been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. I read A Cancer Battle Plan and was drawn into the truth of its words. I began to see how my own health might be helped. After years of traditional tests and treatments and drugs (dollars and time and limited answers and thinking I was crazy) plus losing my own mom to breast cancer in the meantime who had followed the traditional treatment plan, I attended the 8 day Lodge Program and was amazed at how the health issues I was dealing with made "perfect sense" to Dr. Frahm and the staff - and they were affirming my symptoms and actually finishing my sentences and assured me I wasn't crazy at all. The teaching showed how it all made sense while offering a plan, and support, and the pieces of the puzzle began to come together. Muscle REponse Testing unveiled a lot of weaknesses in my body and by detoxing and supplementing my body with what it was screaming for, symptoms that I had been struggling with and seeing doctors for, for years began to change (within 3 days). At the core my thyroid and adrenals "were on fumes" according to Dr. Frahm and the fallout from that was a dominoe effect wreaking havoc everywhere. Once that was identified and I began taking the appropriate supplements my life began to turn around - I no longer wore gloves all day long due to low body temp, i could sleep through the night, my digestive tract began to work, my mind became clearer, my depression lifted, my skin problems cleared - (just to touch on a few!) I read Dr. Dave's Cancer Battle Plan book about 10 years ago. I gave that copy to a friend about 7 years ago. Earlier this year I discovered a breast lump and re-read the book. I got very excited to learn that Healthquarters Ministries was about an hour away from my home. I went to see Dr. Dave earlier today. His ministry seems to be a direct answer to prayer. His insight and wisdom proved to be very encouraging to me. I have been looking for the help and answers I received today for about 5 years in the medical system. I was first introduced to Health Quarters Ministries through a friend on FaceBook. I started reading Dr. Dave Frahm's posts carefully and watching how he treated others. I was impressed and I needed help myself. I decided to take a leap of faith and see if he could give me any answers to all my health problems.

I got an appointment over the phone (I live in another state) and talked to Dr. Frahm. He answered my questions and made me feel like I mattered. He was not condescending in any way! When I hung up the phone with his office I really did cry. I felt like I was actually getting some help for once. Health Quarters Ministries is pointing me to the light at the end of the tunnel.

We've known the founders for many years. A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with a hypo thyroid along with high cholesteroll. The Dr prescribed Lipitor & Synthroid. Have had various health issues including depression, allergies, fibrous cysts, low blood pressure and tacchycardia. A friend of mine talked about Dr. Dave so I finally made an appointment and was evaluated. After taking the recommended supplements for a couple months, I stopped almost all of my prescription meds and feel SO much better. If only insurance companies would realize that if they spent a little money on preventive naturopathic remedies, they could avoid many high cost medical bills! I feel so much better, and if I could eliminate my stressful work environment I'd feel super! These supplements, along with Stress-B Complex and Vit. C with Bioflavonoids, 3 x per day have made the difference and kept my poor fatigued adrenals functioning somewhere approximating "normal" and kept me from spiralling into a myriad of horrid symptoms!

Health Quaters is the best tool that I have in my belt for my personal health battle plan. Quite a few years ago I attended a lodge session - it was a wonderful and enlightening experience. After that I got a bit off track and began to get sick again and go downhill fairly fast. It appeared that I could have something very wrong in my liver so I pursued the medical advice of many different doctors and speciality clinics over the course of two years. Final diagnosis was fatty non-alcoholic liver disease with inflammation and fibromyalgia/central sensitization (new buzz word associated with severe fibro). The medical community had nothing to offer for treatment other than go home and learn to deal with it the rest of my life. I refused to believe that as my God is much bigger than any sickness or disease, so I went back to all that I had learned from Dr. Dave Frahm, I called for a consult and now with his help I am making baby steps back to health and no longer spiraling downward! Our bodies can heal themselves if we give it what it truly needs to heal! Without Health Quarters I would have no hope for a future of health at all.

My daughter and I met with Dr. Frahm on October 13th, 2011. It was a wonderful experience and very enlightening. We started on the supplements that day and starting changing around the diet and felt better after one day! I lost 5 pounds within the first week! My ears have been clogged since June with no real explanation from medical doctors and within the first few days there was a noticeable improvement! I also have heel pain, like sharp needles poking in my heel, and that has also felt better since I started the supplements. Both are not completely gone as of yet but definitely greatly improved and I am very encouraged they will be completely gone shortly! on june 27th 2011 my wife and i drove from oklahoma to colo spings to visit Dr.Frahm. after his personal assessment of both of us we drove home with our perspective supplements and our raw/raw cookbook. since i have gone from 204lbs to 165lbs have eliminated dairy,white bread,caffeine,red meat,most all sugar. I drink ro water and start my day each day with 20 oz of raw fresh fruit and green veggie almond milk smoothie and mid morning muscle milk. i have eliminated all rx's including oxycodone vallum and ambien all prescribed by my dr for pain and sleeplessness.i treated for a parasite(aches and pains) and weak stomach acid(sleeplessness and sluggish etc.etc.etc.)and now i have no symptoms. i turned 50 yrs old in march and my body is performing and feeling like i did in my 20's. my wifes result were as amazing. she has eliminated anti-depressants,hormone replacements,asthma meds and multiple other dr prescribed rx's. she too takes no rx's and feel great. I have been able to stay away from thyroid surgery since I consulted with Health Quarters Ministries. I first consulted with Dr. Anderson in 2005 and have had multiple contacts with HQM over the years. I have done parasitic and yeast cleanses and take supplements. The reduction in the size of my thyroid gland and nodule was noticeably smaller after implementing the recommendations. I continued to see my regular doctors along with HQM. My family doctor was amazed at my results. She initially thought I would need surgery. I also lost weight, which I wasn't trying to do, and have continued at my recommended weight range since I first lost weight back in 2005. I have been suffering from daily headaches, fatigue, severe cystic acne, and other debilitating health issues since the birth of my daughter 3 yrs ago. After being diagnosed with breast cancer and a lumpectomy performed - March/April 2006 - the doctors said I would need chemotherapy and radiation. At the aged of 56 at the time I was not and still am not on any medication. I did not want to go this route. I had done extensive internet research trying to find an alternative. Just so happened we were selling our business and the company who was in the process of purchasing our business - from another state - their personell lady was in my office and as ladies do we were discussing health. She told me about her sister in law who had breast cancer and that she went to Health Quarters. I contacted the sister in law and after lengthy discussions and checking HQM out on line I decided this was exactly what I had been looking for. My husband and I both did their 8 day program at their location in Colorado Springs. I followed their program completely for many months and felt the best I've ever felt. After all we are what we eat. I still do a great deal of the program. I regularly order and take several supplements daily that I purchase from Health Quarters. All supplements are not "created equal" and it is wise to purchase them from a trusted source! By investing in and by taking responsibility for my own health, I do what it takes to remain in good health. I know that my next 53 years will be the best!

I have suffered from anumber of cronic problems for years. High blood pressure, high colerterole, hypothyroidism, aches and pains, and just no energy. I have tried all the MD remedies and even a local Naturopathic phycisian who prescribed supplements and acupuncture and a massage therapist. The only results I have seen is a little relaxation during the acupuncture. My most bothersome symptums were back pain between my shoulder blades and atrial fibrilation or heart palpatations. Several years ago I was having issues with low energy levels and sickness. A friend introduced me to Health Quarters and did some of the muscle response testing on me and found that my thyroid was troubling me. Since then I have taken supplements from Health Quarters, (Thyrostim) that has taken care of the issue. Every now and then I would start to think that I don't need it and I would ease of the supplements - I usually found myself in a bad spot health wise and when I added extra stress to my unhealthy thyroid I would end up sick. One year it led me to the hospital with chest pains and heart palpitations. After a while I was able to put the pieces of the puzzle together and realize that I need to stay on my 6 pills a day. My husband was diagnosed with Stage IV head and neck cancer on the back of his tongue in Oct. of 2004. We tried lots of alternative things but none worked for very long. In Sept. 2008 I had 20 plus blood clots in my lungs with about 20% of my lungs being scared. Dr. Frahm muscle tested me to find out where my body was not functioning the right way. I had low thyriod, low adrenals, trouble sleeping, I was having trouble digesting my food to get the proper nutrients, and on top of all that I was having hot flashes. I was first diagnosed with stage 3C ovarian cancer in 2004. I've now had 4 recurrences, multiple surgeries, rounds of chemo, and even some radiation. I have enjoyed some times of remission, but it keeps coming back. So many people have come to me with nutritional advice and there are so many books, products, etc on the market that i found it overwhelming and confusing. Also, I was skeptical and felt that alot of people were mainly out to make a buck. I came to Health Q when I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer after a bout with cervix dysplasia. I would later find out I had tumors in my ovaries. My biggest question beyond wanting to live and stop my body from betraying me was 'how did I get this stuff and why is it attacking me all over' ? I have worked with Dr Frahm over this last year and a half and not only have I shed the excess pounds I could not lose, he has taught me about my body and how to keep it balanced. An unexpected treasure. I have been on a long health journey with my mother who has a terminal illness. We both wish we had the knowledge and information that Dr Frahm has given us, much earlier in her illness. Even though I do not have a terminal illness, I have also benefited from his ministry. My thyroid was out of whack, and I had cold hands and feet all the time. My friend who went to one of his retreats, told me i needed to get down and see him. At 35 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Knowing a friend of Dr. Frahms, I corresponded with him and have become a follower of his written work (and his wife's) as well as the work done at HealthQuarters. I had spent 2years trying to find out what was wrong with my health. Finally was diagnosed with mercury poisoning. Was working on getting that out of my system, and a friend told me about dr. frohm because I still was struggeling with such tiredness. In 2004, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. At the time, I was not sure what this meant. For the next four years I navigated my way through the mainstream health system that included trying new pharmaceutical drugs and physical therapy for the relentless pain and fatigue associated with my disease. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2004 and began seeking options in my healthcare plan. I was given a book called "The Cancer Battleplan Source Book" written by David Fraahm. I was retested just one month after the first diagnosis of liver cancer, and told that 'yes my liver was covered with tumors so that one spot was not without a tumor. The insight, knowledge and healing I received from the Lodge Program was tremendous. All of the staff showed genuine love, compassion and concern for every attendee. After following this program for six months my tests all returned to normal and previously they were "consistent with malignant disease".
