Thanks to Dave's advice on Facebook and in the HealthQuarters Monthly newsletter I ordered several supplements: Metagest, Thyrostim & ADHS.
I feel so much better, and if I could eliminate my stressful work environment I'd feel super! These supplements, along with Stress-B Complex and Vit. C with Bioflavonoids, 3 x per day have made the difference and kept my poor fatigued adrenals functioning somewhere approximating "normal" and kept me from spiralling into a myriad of horrid symptoms!
