Review for White Stag Leadership Development Academy, Carmel, CA, USA
I thought that White Stag is a Great camp. I learned a lot from this camp, and it allowed me to personally grow. I really enjoy this camp because it gave me experiences that I will never forget. It's unique and diverse staff members has taught me many things that I will never learn at any other camp (or at school). Thanks White Stag!

Try my best to STE and be responsible like the staff members.

that i was able to experience so much without worrying about being put down. I was also able to explore my curiosity and find out more about myself.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
really kinda and caring. they STE and represent their level. they also had a lot of spirit and helped me get out of my comfort zone.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Become an awesome camp. It would be able to own its own campgrounds and be able to get more candidates and staff members to help organize this program.
Ways to make it better...
I was able to have some free time with other patrols. There were a couple of people that I really wanted to know better, but never got the time to talk to them.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
Sometimes being homesick, but otherwise facing all the challenges that you and your patrol have to face. I felt that sometimes it was very hard for me to communicate with my patrol and that the job wasn't split fairly. (my session 2 patrol.)
