When I first started at White Stag I thought "wow this camp is amazing!" Since then I've spent 7 years there! Highly recommended experience and you will have a lot of fun!
This program changed my life. I was a 12-year-old who was content to keep to myself and just do my own thing. But then I was a phase two candidate and I was challenged. On phase one staff, I learned more and grew more than I thought was possible. I learned to be a go-getter and a leader. As a phase 3 candidate I learned that there are more ways than you could think of to be a leader, and to step back at times. There are so many facets to it that you can never stop learning. And then as a phase three staffer I strengthened my leadership at home as well as at the camp by living the example, living the application. And I look forward to more of fun and camraderie!
I thought that White Stag is a Great camp. I learned a lot from this camp, and it allowed me to personally grow. I really enjoy this camp because it gave me experiences that I will never forget. It's unique and diverse staff members has taught me many things that I will never learn at any other camp (or at school). Thanks White Stag!
This a completely volunteer run organization that teaches leadership skills to 10-18 year olds. We need more of this. My son has participated for two years in a row also.
White stag is a great, fun program that teaches kids a lot about leadership. Kids who go to White Stag once will definitely want to go again. 10/10
