Had an AWESOME time hunting with Warrior Bonfire Program. The Hospitality, Camaraderie and Hunting was second to none. Thanks for an awesome weekend with fellow Wounded Brothers!

Warrior Bonfire Program is an Awesome program that allows Purple Heart recipients to get together and enjoy each others company. Whether it be hunting, fishing, skiing or just skeet shooting, it has been an awesome experience. I have made so many friends and experienced things that I probably would have never experienced. Flying in a P51 Mustang is one of those experiences and it is definitely one I will never forget. Anyone who has the opportunity to take part in one of those functions should jump on it because you won't regret it one bit. Can't ask for a better group of people either, friendly, caring and AWESOME.

As a Combat Wounded Veteran there are many obstacles in "Daily Life". Combat Wounded Veteran Challenge has taught me that no matter what my limitations are, I can accomplish anything. When I attended the Divers Challenge I was shown that no matter what I think, anything is possible as long as I TRY. As a "Certified" Scuba Diver, I was given the opportunity to partake in a program that gives Warriors the option to either Go Forward or Give Up and, the Staff will not let you Give Up on them let alone yourself. It was an AWESOME experience attending this event in Key West Florida and meeting other Wounded Warriors that face the same daily struggles and have overcome the obstacles that make some people give up. Combat Wounded Veteran Challenge gives you the opportunity to interact with men and woman who have the same Life Experiences as you do and also who can learn from your past struggles. The Staff and Volunteers treated me like family from the time I landed to the time I departed and continue to do so to this date. The experience and friendships are lifelong and outstanding.
