My Nonprofit Reviews

Archie McLaren, Chairman Central Coast Wine Classi
Review for The Sacred Earth Foundation, Florissant, CO, USA
As Chairman of the Central Coast Wine Classic, I presented to our Board of Directors a grant request from Tierra Sagrada, that would create funding for hosting an indigenous elder who was to present the wisdom of his culture to the local Santa Barbara community. Our Board had never granted funds for such a project, but the members were extraordinarily supportive of the concept and approved the grant request, as well as asking if they could come to the event. It was thoroughly special and remarkable, and we are not only pleased to have taken a part in its presentation, we are honored to be associated with such an extraordinary non-profit organization and its substantive and transcendent vision.

Pat myself on the back.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
The experienced has increased my awareness of the importance of sustaining indigenous cultures and has added a level of experience that would otherwise not been possible.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
Considerate, gracious, interesting and embracing.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Change the consciousness of the world toward the nurturing and sharing of and by all cultures.
Ways to make it better...
I were more aware.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
Self-serving entities throughout the world that have no vision of the relationship of all living beings.
One thing I'd also say is that...
My Board and I would like to encourage as many people as possible to learn about Tierra Sagrada and to support it and participate in its events.
