Review for Actors Conservatory Theatre, Lewisville, TX, USA
Ten years ago my daughter was in the production Pinocchio and she wanted to come back to The ACT. She was recently in two productions this summer; The Wizard of Oz and Thoroughly Modern Millie! She enjoyed every minute of it and made so many great new friends. I also got involved and volunteered. I recommend this community theatre for anyone wanting to get involved in theatre, or get their children involved. It is affordable entertainment for children and adults alike!
Review for Touching Our World Foundation Inc, Farmers Brnch, TX, USA
The Touching Our World Foundation helped to jump start another non profit project called For Love and Art. Under the care of this non profit, For Love and Art has grown by leaps and continues to grow into it's own great non profit. FLA is proud to be connected with this great non profit here in Dallas, Texas. On their website, they have a featured web page just for FLA (http://www.touchingourworld.org/page/3899276).
For Love and Art provides Art for Seniors and others that can't make the visit to the museum because of end of life issues. It all started with Mark Lombard (a hospice volunteer and President, Project Fulfillment with Touching Our World Foundation, Inc. 214-693-8941) who wanted to make a difference for a hospice patient that had a love for Art. If I had to make changes to this organizaton I would.... provide them with a new and improved website. The logo is nice, but the website doesn't look as good as the www.forloveandart.org website nor does it have the same online visibility either.
