Review for HALO Animal Rescue, Phoenix, AZ, USA
I volunteered for HALO for a couple years while I was attending law school, and loved it. I'd still be going there if I had the time! The staff at HALO is wonderful, and it's clear in everyone that they care deeply for the animals in their care... and all animals! The facility is clean and well cared for, and the safety, health and happiness of the animals is clearly the top priority for everyone involved!

Give them more space and possibly have them offer training to the animals - both those in their care and those already in forever homes
