Review for HALO Animal Rescue, Phoenix, AZ, USA
HALO does a great service for the two-legged and four-legged citizens of Maricopa County. I adopted a little terrier-mixed dog from one of their adoption events four years ago. Bobo was a bit neurotic from losing his original family, but he had been fostered by HALO volunteers and was healthy and lively, though in needed of a permanent attachment. He easily integrated into our family of two other dogs (one large, one teacup) and our cat. I'm glad HALO saved him and gave us a chance to parent such a terrific litte guy.

Get the word out about HALO's services. They are a great resource for anyone looking for a pet or a worthy place to volunteer but most of the resident of Maricopa County that I talk to about pets have never heard of them.
