Review for HALO Animal Rescue, Phoenix, AZ, USA
Having met the founders of HALO, I know they are completely committed to saving the lives of dogs and cats in Arizona. The staff and volunteers are friendly and tireless in their erfforts. An incredible group of folks.

I've seen so many animals adopted to great families, watched as the staff nursed dogs back to health and watched the volunteer coordinator, Danielle, as she prepared those who wanted to give of their time. It's a great team.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Just wish they had more space to do their work. And it would be great if someone would donate some more trees for the dog yards for the warmer AZ summer months.

Best Friends is a fine example of collaboration, caring and efficiency. They have an amazing network of volunteers, a well chosen and caring staff and their reach is incredible. From rescuing animals in the wake of disasters, matching pets with forever homes and advocating on behalf of all sorts of animals, they are unmatched when it comes to living their motto..."No More Homeless Pets."

Two words... unconditional love. The rewards for volunteering at Best Friends are many, but most of all, it is the heartfelt joy of helping animals who ask only for your attention and care. I only wish we could volunteer more often.
