Review for Triple R Horse Rescue Of Arizona, Cave Creek, AZ, USA
The Luv Shack horse Rescue is a great organization that brings people and horses together to make both better. I have volunteered with them and have seen first hand how disadvantaged children can be helped to feel good about themselves while interacting with animals that they normally would not be exposed to in their neighborhoods. During the Fall Festival they bring mothers and children from a women's shelter to interact with the animals at the rescue, eat, play games and to have a fun afternoon. One of the most fun activities is when they meet the "Paint" horse and get to put their handprints on a horse in paint. The children get really excited and it gives them a non threatening chance to touch a large horse without any fear. The horse loves getting petted by all the children. It really is quite the event.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
being able to participate in helping a child get to have fun with no consequences of winners or losers. I have also assisted in the care of the horses and have seen how they can be changed from an underweight, neglected animal to a healthy, beautiful animal.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
publish a calendar of events for the whole year so that those not directly involved in the organization can plan to participate in their events.
