Review for HALO Animal Rescue, Phoenix, AZ, USA
Halo is an amazing rescue committed to dogs that would otherwise be discarded and killed in the shelters. We have 2 dogs and a cat from Halo that are much loved companions. Their work has saved thousands of animals, such as ours, who find themselves displaced, abandoned and unloved. Halo gives dogs and cats a second chance, which they all deserve.
