Review for Green Beret Foundation, Montgomery, TX, USA

Rating: 5 stars

This organization is wonderful! They helped me at Christmas one year so that my son wouldn't go without a Christmas! I'm new to Steel Mags, however I spent a great weekend retreat at the beach! Much needed and great fellowship! Even when your a surviving spouse, you are never forgotten! Thank you GBF and Steel Mags!

Review for Knights of Heroes Foundation - Rocky Mountain Ascent, Colorado Springs, CO, USA

Rating: 5 stars

I can't say enough about this wonderful group. Since my Husband was killed, Drew was just not the same. When he was invited out to the camp in 08, I went along. It was not only life changing for him, but it was such a great time for me as well, finding friendship with others in our same situation. I am so grateful for all that has been done for this awesome group and all who are involved. THANK YOU! You will never know what it has meant to Drew and I, can't wait til next year!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

the way it has changed my son.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

being able to share with others in the same situation.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

the best! Couldn't ask for a better staff and family members.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

where to begin, there is so many things that would help support the sons of the fallen.

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?

2009

Role:  Volunteer & widow and son.
