Review for Jewish Family Services, Columbus, OH, USA

Rating: 5 stars

I cannot express how much JFS has meant to my family over the years, They have always been there to help in that critical time of need. My family doesn't have the best of luck ,and JFS has always been there to help. My mother recently passed away ,and it was an extremely troubling ordeal, JFS went above and beyond by helping my father and I deal with the process of her burial in dealing with the funeral home and the cemetery ,as I sit here with tears coming down my cheek thinking of my Mother ,I know how much my mother appreciated JFS and all they have done for my family and the countless others. The staff at JFS could not be better, my mother had a special relationship with Lisa Carrol a member of JFS's staff and I have seen firsthand how wonderful of a person she really is. I have spoken with her on the telephone and in person and she is truly one in a million. I cant thank her enough for all she has done for my family..

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

action ,and they know how to help

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

I wouldn't change a thing, its already and amazing organization.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

They are always there to help.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Absolutely Positively AMAZING!

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Help out the ones in need, and change the community even more.

Ways to make it better...

Could not of been better, you cant top Perfection.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

I cant see many challenges other than funding , but I sent what I could to better the organization

One thing I'd also say is that...

JFS is awesome ,and really cares about people and the community.

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?

2009

Role:  Client Served & I received help.
