It hard to put into words how much Music Works NW has contributed to the growth of both of my children. My daughter started vocal lessons with Susan Strick when she was in 5th grade and continued through high school. Susan helped her with her vocal skills as well as helped her feel confident getting up in front of a group. Thanks to Susan, Rachael has been cast in many lead roles in her school's musicals. My son, Jordan, has been taking guitar lessons from Josh for three years. It is amazing to see how far he has come! Thanks to Josh being an inspiration, Jordan simply refuses to put down the guitar. I can always count on Bonnie's friendly face at the front, keeping everything at the school in order. Music Works Northwest is a wonderful musical institution that our family is so fortunate to have been a part of.

We have been more than pleased with the experiences our children have had at MusicWorks Northwest over the last 4.5 years. They have benefited from private lessons (sax, flute, oboe), summer camps (Jazz) and opportunities to volunteer at events. The teachers have all been very professional while also being kid friendly, and the office staff is always helpful. We were steered there by several friends who had great experiences, and we recommend MusicWorks to anyone we know who is looking for a quality Music experience.

My son, Nicholas, now 12, went to a summer camp when he was 6 and had a great time and played his rain maker hand made instrument all over the house. For the last 9 months he has been taking weekly percussion lessons and it is helping him in his School Band experience as well as giving him musical enjoyment. We also attended a Percussion performance at one of the First Friday concerts and were really impressed by the quality of the musicians.

Excellent staff. Both my kids advanced quickly with their respective instruments (viola and guitar). I found all the staff there to be dedicated and talented teachers.

I've had the privilege of being attached to MusicWorks Northwest off and on for around 15 years or so. Starting with excellent music instruction and different types of ensemble opportunities like the percussion ensemble I really was able to get valuable experience that instilled my love of music. I've seen MusicWorks focus primarily on youth to including all ages in its programs. It has been fantastic to be in a group with people from different backgrounds and age groups. There are always new opportunities to try out as well.
