Mission: Supporting community health and welfare through the study and training in traditional Shotokan karate since 1990.

Programs: Regularly scheduled classes in traditional Shotokan karate, self-defense and other physical fitness techniques, as well as training for instructors, tournament competitors, judges, examiners, staff, and officials in local, national, and international karate competition events. From time to time, the Foundation organizes competitions and special events designed to promote its mission.
When times are tough, you see the true measure of a person or organization. Time and time again, the CKF has gone above and beyond to ensure everyone can stay connected through Karate with little or no cost to them. From organizing training camps in the past, to setting up no cost Zoom classes, to securing a safe outdoor area in the midst of the pandemic. The CKF has always placed the student and the community as the top priority.
