I am an Army veteran and I only discovered Vet Tix a couple or years ago. I wish I had known about it earlier because it has changed our lives! My wife and I are able to attend events we would have otherwise not attended and I am so very grateful for Vet Tix and the organizations that donate tickets. This is such a great organization with so many opportunities for veterans. As a Marine Corps veteran, I have been blessed with several opportunities to make memories with my family thanks to Vet Tix.
I was told about Vet Tix from a friend that I served with. I can honestly say I have attended events that I would not of been able to afford because they are free for us Veterans.
This is the one of the best things I have ever participated in. It is awesome that there is the type of hospitality out there required for these types of events!

I joined VetTix a couple of years ago and never followed up. Unfortunately missed out on a lot of free events. When I finally read the emails I found many different events to choose from. I have been to MLB Games, and hoping the MN Vikings will be offering tickets as well. I’m not a Country Music or Rock Music fan, but if you are there are concerts as well. Plays, Children Museums and more. Great source for entertainment.

Vettix has allowed my wife, my family and myself to enjoy events that we normally would not have been able to attend.
I agree with all of the comments regarding this great organization but have a recent experience that was very puzzling to me. There was an event sponsored in my state of residence for a childrens/family show that had one venue offering up to four tickets while another venue much closer to our home had a hard count ticket offering of two tickets maximum. Hard counts mean you can NOT order beyond the maximum.
It's not clear who sets these ticket limits. Is it Vet Tix or the organization that donated the tickets? Why would you limit a childrens show to a two ticket maximum? In my case, I have two grandchildren living in our home, ages 5 and 3. The choice for the closer, more convenient venue was to only take one and leave the other at home. We weren't able to take advantage of this event due to this seemingly arbitrary limit on tickets. Instead, my daughter paid the full price on Ticketmaster to get both of her kids into this show,
Again, as a veteran, I think this is one of the most awesome charities going to recognize the military community for their seervice. Just found this recent issue to be disappointing.

Vet Tix does a great job in rounding up tickets to some pretty good venues. The seats aren't always great, but hey, they are almost free. If you want to sit with the swells you gotta pay the big bucks.

Vet Tix provides Vererans an excellent opportunity to see events they otherwise would not be able to attend. They ensure a broad range of sports, comedy clubs, and other entertainment opportunities. We've visited Profesional and semi-professional games such as the Washington Wizards, Capitals, Loudon United FC, and Georgetown University. Vet Tix made this otherwise illusive opportunity possible.
This is a great organization that has given us an opportunity to see many different performances at prices that we can afford. The seats aren't always the best, but overall, we've had a great time and will keep watching the site for more experiences that we will attend.

VetTix is an amazing organization. Their support allows veterans to enjoy concerts, sports, music, theater, and more at nearly no cost. My veteran friends and I really enjoy the feeling of gratitude that VetTix and their donors give us in thanks for our years of serving the country.
I am a disabled veteran of the United States Air Force. Vet Tix is the best-kept secret I've stumbled upon in a long time. Coming up to Veterans Day last year, I was perusing the internet for any opportunities, and came across Vet Tix. I've been more and more impressed with the quality and variety of events that completely anonymous donors offer to veterans. There are comedy clubs, symphony (for you highbrow folks), great concerts of all sorts, and sporting events. I was kind of speechless when I saw that a number of tickets for the Super Bowl were being offered! I thought, "Who does this sort of thing?!" They have strict guidelines that make sure that the tickets are being distributed to only to veterans and their guests. And you have to be committed to going to the event. They don't want vets getting tix and then not using them, just because the "don't feel like it." Again, another veteran might have used those tickets. The best part, for events that are expected to be in high demand, they've developed a special system that lets everyone interested sign up for a lottery. There's no jammed online booking like Ticket Master sometimes has. If your number comes up, you're notified and have a certain window of time to claim your ticket. Any tickets that might not be claimed are then distributed to others who signed up. Don't delay. Sign up today!

This was such a fun & awesome experience for my son and myself!! This was our first basketball game together and our first time seeing the NBA G League vs Lakeland Magic in action. VetTix is a great organization that hooks up veterans with free sporting events, concerts, shows, etc. Although the seating depends on the tickets that are donated, I have received tickets in very good seats/locations. (There is a service fee for many events, but you don't pay the ticket price for the event.)
Vet Tix has provided me and my family tickets to some amazing shows, sporting events, and experiences that I would not have otherwise been able to afford. Their service to the military community cannot be overstated. They are a great organization serving our servicemembers, past and present.

I'm a Coast Guard veteran who served 4 years during the Vietnam era. Married 50 years to an amazing woman, with five children, four who served in the military. Two Army, one Air Force and one Marine Corp, (which made for very interesting conversations around the dinner table during the holiday season). One conversation was about this non-profit organization, Vet Tix, they had joined. They felt, as a retiree the wife and I could benefit from the opportunities provided by Vet Tix, from donated tickets to entertainment venues. They convinced me to check them out. I found an amazing organization that provided incredible service to our active military, veterans and their families. I joined and found it to be one of the best things I've ever done. Through opportunities provided by Vet Tix, the wife and I were able to acquire tickets to live concerts, ballets, the Daytona 500, just to name a few. It's been such a wonderful experience for the wife and I, I am an ambassador for Vet Tix at every opportunity. Making sure that everyone I meet, active military or veteran, is aware and has the opportunity to join this exceptional organization.

I have been awarded tickets from Vet Tix on multiple occasions. The last time was in Las Vegas to see BANACHEK (mentalist). We got there early and were seated immediately RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE STAGE!!! The absolute best seats in the house. We couldn't have been more happy with the tickets and the show. I have been awarded tickets to other shows that I thought I'd never get tickets for, and they are always great seats to great shows. When I get tickets, I always make a donation and take pictures at the venue to post on their website. We love VET TIX!!
I love Vettix and I love the individuals and businesses that support me through Vettix. I have enjoyed several events that would not have been possible without Vettix. The system works exactly as you would hope. You pick tickets for an event that you would like to attend and wager virtual coins (or often not) and if selected you pay only the transfer fee. Tickets, for the most part, are delivered by third-party ticket vendors. It is awesome. Additionally, you can get discounts on events that are very significant. Again, I love Vettix and those that donate to it for the betterment of veterans and their families.

This is my favorite non profit. With so many great events available, one is garinteed to find something of interest. I have been to a few in the past year. Monster trucks at Angel Stadium, NASCAR at The LA Coliseum to name a couple. I am not only a recipient but also contribute donations to help others gain access to top quality venues. I am a Vietnam Veteran and this is the BEST nonprofit I have found for Veterans (of all ages) to find and attend events that we might not otherwise know about or be able to afford to attend... The non-profit is strict in making sure that you are a real Veteran.. And once accepted you must honor its commitment to offer us the best in events and service for us and our family ... You also receive discounts from many major companies... But, If you are irresponsible or a scammer then this is Not the non profit for you... I have recommended several Veteran friends to join this honorable non profit... This non profit also does NOT spend a lot of money on administration like soo many other so-call non profits.

As an active duty service member, this organization has allowed me and many of my fellow wingmen to attend different events that would not normally be something we could afford to do. These donations mean so much to active duty and veterans and the team there is always very responsive. I highly recommend this non profit.
This organization is great when you first join, however later they start flagging your account so that you can't go to as many events. When they flag your account you can not request to go to another event even if that event that got flagged is not for another 3 months out. I always take pictures of myself at these events, however, if you are flagged and you don't take a photo yourself... your account will be frozen and eventually they will close your account if you get flagged enough. Funny thing is they flag the same people over and over ... a lot of people I know have never been flagged.

Just started using them, and so far it has been great! I received some NCAA basketball tickets, that I would have never got if it weren't for them. They are doing great things.

I enjoy taking my grandson to events every once in a while. I also enjoy taking my daughter, who is also a veteran, to events that we both enjoy. My husband and I love to go to concerts, shows, and just spend time with each other and Vettix allows us to do so! We are forever grateful!

Vet Tix is a top-notch non-profit organization providing opportunities to this country's veterans that are only available through them. I've had the pleasure of being a member of Vet Tix for a few years now and I have to say last year I attended so many cultural events that I am grateful for as I probably wouldn't have attended otherwise. These events range from plays to Christian concerts, music of all types concerts, cover bands, plays, musicals, professional sports, college sports, comedy shows, and ballet. Instead of costing the high prices that you would normally pay, you pay a nominal fee for ticket handling and at the same time have a chance to donate to Vet Tix to support this fantastic cause. I never thought that when I signed up I would have the opportunity to see Bob Dylan live in person, Led Zeppelin or Queen cover bands, The Nutcracker ballet, MMA events and my favorite thus far Smashing Pumpkins with Janes Addiction. I am on a limited budget and Vet Tix makes it easy and affordable for me to attend events like this. Our nation has a lot of veterans in similar situations as mine and we can't afford the $100 price tag on one ticket let alone two that your local box office or favorite sports team charges these days. THANK YOU VET TIX as my social life has been enhanced 10-fold since becoming a member!!!!

Vet Tix is an incredible gift to veterans. I've been able to take my family to a few concerts now thanks to Vet Tix! We have four children and not a lot of money so wouldn't have such opportunities without them.

VetTix has provided opportunities for veterans to attend events at highly discounted prices. These events include concerts, sporting contests, musicals, and plays at some of the best entertainment venues in the Washington,DC and Baltimore area. The process to obtain and receive tickets is well organized, fair and easy to use. I have thoroughly enjoyed the events and can't thank all of the sponsors enough for their generosity and VetTix for making so many memorable moments posible over the past several years.
I really appreciate Vet Tix and sponsors, the event selection runs out quickly but there is a large pool of veterans and family competing for the seats and only so many seats.

This is a great site, I wish I had learned about it long ago. My uncle, a veteran Marine, told me about the site earlier this year and I have used it since. Many great events get listed, you can get more opportunities if you are willing to travel a bit of a distance by expanding your area of coverage. This site provides opportunities to veterans who may not be able to afford to attend certain events. I recommend it to all my veteran friends and Legion members.

Lots of wonderful free ticket opportunities for veterans. The downside is you need to go through many warnings and agreements to make sure the tickets are used by veterans and not sold off to other people. It’s totally understandable they don’t want that happening, but the way their rules and emails, and follow ups over the past 10+ years have become more problematic, is why I give it 4 stars. It seems like those of us long term members who never abuse the system should get a bit if a reprieve from needing to jump through all the same hoops every time.
Vettic has allowed me to attend events I never thought I could afford or spend money on due to my anxiety and depression. It has helped my relationship with my husband by spending quality time together at these events.
As a vet for 27 years, I hear "thank you for your service" and I have received a few discounts here and there that are no more then the tax that I would have paid, and not on "sale items". VetTix is the only organization, non profit or for profit that has put their money where their mouth is. They are a fantastic organization that has helped me, my wife and a Navy friend in a way that I will always be thankful for.
As a retired Navy veteran, Vet Tix has afforded my family the opportunity to attend some outstanding events that would have otherwise been out of reach for us. We've gone to everything from comedy shows in DC, to NFL games in Baltimore, to MMA fights in VA. If you're aware at all how much NFL tickets are, you can appreciate how grateful we are for Vet Tix and it's partnering organizations. We thank each one of them, every time we are able to go to an event or show. I'm personally so glad to have an organization looking out for veterans and enabling us to show our families a grand time at these various places!!!

I am a recent military retiree who just recently found out about the Vet Tix program. Through this program I have been able to see concerts and events in the Chicago community that I otherwise would not have had the opportunity to. This is a great program that gives back to the military community and I am truly appreciative of the support this program provides.

We have received tickets from this foundation and wouldn’t have been able to attend a concert without Vet Tickets. This is especially true for veterans with families and tight budgets. Without the generous donors who support Vettix, my husband and I would have never been able to see two of our favorite artists perform. I'm speaking of Garth Brooks and Chris Stapleton. Let me tell you...honey, I am in love with Veteran Ticket Foundation. They make a veteran let alone a disable veteran feel appreciated. When a friend of mine turn me onto them I never looked back. VETTIX grants wishes for military personnel with wish list along with donating tickets for veterans to have a place to come together to meet other veterans and mingle with them along with their family members.
They offer amazing tickets to event in my area. I even sat in the first row behind the Yankee dugout! They take care of veterans!
I have used this organization several times with Outstanding results!! I was able to take a fellow Veteran's family (who has a son with Downs Syndrome) to New Kids on the Block - A Wonderful Experience!! I was also able to take my Granddaughter to Her First Concert - One Republic! She was over the top and I owe it all to Vet Tix!!

VetTix is a great organization that helps Veterans like me that cannot afford the extra bucks to go to an event here in the greater Phoenix area!
Having spent the past two decades regularly donating my spare time and funds to what I consider worthy causes, I routinely shied away from accepting any forms of charity because I felt I would be taking something away from someone in greater need than I. But, a few months ago, while handing out food to homeless veterans, one recipient took a moment to explain just what our efforts at the food bank meant to himself personally and some of his fellow homeless individuals. Something clicked and I have since involved myself with some of the events offered through VetTix.org -- a truly caring and giving group, without a doubt.
These folks allow vets to get out and take their minds off of all of the stressor that are related to life in general that may exacerbate issues developed during their time of service to our country!!!

My husband and I are both US Army veterans. We had heard about Vet Tix, but didn't really know what they do to help veterans. I signed up and began exploring the reviews and events that Vet Tix is affiliated with and I was floored at the wide range of events and activities that they are able to offer to veterans. We have attended three concerts through the kind donations of companies who sponsor these events, and each time the process was seamless, the events were world-class entertainment, and the seats that were donated have been outstanding! I expected the 'cheap seats', and each time we have been absolutely ecstatic to be gifted seats in areas of the shows which would far exceed our budget had we purchased them ourselves. Being able to attend events through the kindness of donations to veterans is humbling. Meeting other veterans who were gifted tickets through Vet Tix has been priceless.

Too many ex-service members are struggling to make ends meet and it's nice that they can get some free tickets occasionally.
Veteran's Tickets has allowed my husband and I to attend a variety of events that we otherwise might have passed up. We were lucky to attend an Opera in Miami and several concerts in Lakeland! I attended a great James Taylor concert in Orlando with my sister-in-law and another Veteran and his wife. The wife was dealing with breast cancer at the time, and I was delighted to be able to show her a great time. Thanks Vet Tix.

Vettix has been amazing. As a USMC veteran I've received numerous free tickets from generous donors on this site and have been able to bring my wife and daughter to some of these events. I am just bummed that I didn't learn about it earlier. ;-) Seriously, though, the morale boost I get every time I attend a free concert, sporting event, comedy show, etc. is hard to describe. Great story, great purpose. I'm guessing the venue receives a tax write-off and our armed forces are able to attend events that in some cases, would be cost prohibitive. For those that have serviced, you are aware of the sacrifice (long hours, time away from family, hostile environments, etc). Over the past five plus years I've been able to take my kids to events such as concerts, monster trucks, football games, baseball games and other events for a very low price. VetTix gives the chance for Veterans (some of us that have social readjustment problems) the opportunity to experience events we would never go to on our own. It has been a blessing for my family and I.
I've been able to have some awesome experiences I would not have otherwise through VetTix! Some seats are awesome, some are not necessarily great but they've all been a good experience so I'm grateful regardless. There is never a bad experience as with other "free or cheap ticket" programs.
I can get up to 4 tickets, which is awesome. If I want to take the whole family, I purchase 2 tickets and get 4 through Vet Tix.
I love that for the lottery entries you don't lose your points you wagered in the lottery unless you actually got the tickets.
There isn't a ton of in your face "please donate," "spend money," thrown in your face.
My complaints are minor.
Sometimes the information is incorrect (such as event or game start time) on the Vet Tix site, but they usually link to the event site for more info, so I make it a habit to verify.
The layout of the site isn't great, so there's a ton of scrolling, especially when there might be ongoing shows or events with multiple dates.
In order to get points (to then get more tickets) you have to submit a thank you note with a picture of you at the event with a "thank you vet tix" sign. I wish that pic wasn't required, bc I'd like to say thank you even if I didn't get a pic... or that at least the sign wasn't required because I can never remember it and the pic can't be outside the venue either. I'm waiting for the time when we can post a pic on social media and hashtag Vettix to get your points!
Vet Tix has helped my family and I make so many memories that we otherwise wouldn't have had the opportunity for. Over the last 6 or 7 years we've been to a bunch of concerts, MLB games and Monster Jamn and a . Some of those were family events. But, It's given my wife and I some much needed respite as well.

Vettix is one of my favorite veterans organizations. The tickets they have provided have enriched my family's life by providing access to events that I couldn't have attented without their services. My grandkids love to go to events with me and hear my military stories. I get to teach them in the process to respect our country, the many donors who provide tickets, and the great veterans organizations that support our military men and women. With 7 grandkids the ongoing challege among them is who gets to go with me next! I really can't say enogh good things about Vettex! They are an awesome organizetion.
My Vet friend in Texas shared this site with me and Wow! This organization is a true blessing! I love being able to support local events and share my pride. I also feel a part of the local and military community being affiliated with this organization. I enjoy giving back through donations as well as participating in donations fit for my liking. Great program to help Veterans. Nearly free tickets to a variety of events that most veterans couldn't afford to attend individually let alone with their family.

VetTix is a great way for a veteran or an active-duty person to leave everything behind and enjoy themselves and their family/friends for at least one night. A lot of times, people don't come back from active duty the same way they left. VetTix helps that a lot. They don't just give tickets to events, they give a day or night of serenity to people that can't find it anymore. That may not seem like much but trust me, That's Huge.
@VETTIX is wonderful organization that has supported my family and I on several occasions by providing us with the opportunity to spend valuable family time together that we have missed due my military career by allowing us to attend a variety of activities that we would normally never be able to afford. 27 years serving in the Army and about another 20 with the DAV helping VETS in any way I can. Served in Far east, Mid East, CONUS and Europe. Seven combat tours and would go back in a heart beat to do it all again.

I love using Vet Tix. Through this organization my family and I have been able to attend many events and create wonderful memories we wouldn't have been able to otherwise.
Vettix offers tickets to veterans and their families. They have tickets to a lot of child friendly events. You must visit the sight regularly and look for events and to claim your points that you can use to obtain tickets. It works on a lottery system so may luck be in your favor. However, they have had some great Concerts, sporting events, and other stuff available.
Our family has benefited so much from Vettix. Thank you sooo much to all of the donors, it really does make a difference!
This is a wonderful service for vets. I am 100% disabled, do not get out much and have not seen a concert in about 15 years. Vet Tix took care of that and even lined up a wheel chair accessible venue for me. Feeling normal with my disabilities isn't easy and anything that can make me feel that way is great. Vet tiks is great. We are able to go out with the family for an affordable day or night out. It helps the families of Vets be around other Vets and gives social interaction.

Great organization. Tickets we have received have usually been excellent. Sure, sometimes tickets are in left field. Doesn't matter. In these times of Biden inflation, many folks can't afford tickets because of the Biden gas prices. And since the price of food has also skyrocketed, due to the Biden regulatory environment, food prices at the venue have also gone up, so discounted or free tickets help offset the price of buying an $8 hotdog (which used to be $4 two years ago). Vet Tix is awesome!

During my 21 years of military service, I have missed out on numerous concerts, events, and family outings. Fortunately, Vet Tix is able to provide tickets to major live concerts and events. This is an outstanding charity which helps veterans become reacclimated to civilian life and helps those who are a little short on income to enjoy entertainment available to the general public. As non-profits go, this is truly a worthwhile organization. I have utilized their services to obtain tickets with other veterans. Outstanding in every way.
I'm an Army vet getting up there in age. VetTix has allowed me to go to a few concerts and Twins games, things I would not be able to do because of the cost. VetTix has allowed me to reconnect with friends and family in a very special way.
They helped me cease being a hermit to avoid triggering PTSD, by giving me something worth leaving the house for. I’m now a fully productive member of society again.
I can't say enough good things about Vet Tix. For many years now this nonprofit has made it possible for me and my family, as well as other Vets to attend many events, from concerts, to plays, to sporting events that we normally wouldn't have been able to afford to do. I do make some small donations as a way of showing thanks but what we receive in return far out does that. I'd like to thank Vet Tix and their donors for the continued support of Veterans and their families.

This organization, Vet-Tix, provides entertainment to Veterans. I am a Veteran of the Vietnam Nam campaign (Air Force) and I can't tell you how enjoyable it is to feel appreciated and thanked repeatedly for our service.

Vet Tix is an outstanding means for military veterans and active duty to obtain generously donated event tickets. We've been to two shows so far and the seats were great. The amount and variety of events (i.e. concerts, sporting events, etc.) is amazing and ever growing. It is a professionally managed organization and extremely safe to join. Highly recommend!

This has been and is still one of the best nonprofits I have ever seen. The concept is simple and the service is awesome. I would encourage veterans to join. I would also encourage those who have tickets they aren't using to donate them. Too often I see empty seats at venues (some with vettix tix and some with my own tix) that are empty and could have been donated. So please consider. Additionally, please donate a little. Personnally I add at least a dollar above the processing fee as a donation.

I love Vet tix! I get to meet other Veterans, it helps me get out of my house because of this. I don't like socializing but I feel like other veterans understand this better so its easier when its other vets. I get to go do cool things when meeting them and its free or pretty cheap! IT makes me feel less Isolated and actually gets me out of my comfort zone.

I absolutely love Vet Tix. Before Covid hit my kids and I were lucky enough to attend a couple events and I even got out of the house and went to one of the comedy shows. The company is very easy to work with and I’ve never had any issues with receiving ticket. Can’t wait to go to another event.

As a retired Veteran living and supporting my family on a fixed income, life tend to drag you down. Feel trapped and caught in a whirlpool of depression. Being on a fixed income, going out to events is out of the question. With cost being what they are today,
Thru Vet Tix and the generosity of people and businesses I am able to BREAKFREE and feel the release of the trapped life scenario that encompasses my everyday life. This is a wonderful non-profit. As a Vietnam vet with service-connected disabilities, it is so nice to have the opportunity to attend an event every so often that is offered by Vettix which I would not attend otherwise. I have attended events with fellow veteran friends and have told them of Vettix of which several have joined the non-profit themselves!

Vet Tix is an amazing organization. I've been with them for a couple years now and gone to a multitude of events like AZ diamondbacks games, Kurt Warner's First things First, and the Phoenix Rising Soccer team. I wasn't selected for it but they even had tickets for the 2022 Super Bowl. They try to make it a fair and well organized for vets to receive tickets. I highly recommend them if you're a veteran (any branch) and are looking for tickets to an event.

I have seen Juanes, Cafe Tacuva, The Rolling Stones, New Kids on the Block, Hamilton, George Straitt, Brad Paisley all thanks to Vet Tix and their donors. many of these shows I would never have able to attend due to money issues but Vet Tix made it happen. These organization has change my family's life. Something as simple as a ticket can change your life.

I have been signed up for this org for the past 5 years and it has been one of best things I have ever signed up for. I get to go and take my family to more events than anyone I know. We have been to football, baseball, hockey, basketball, rodeo, circus, concerts, plays, wrestling, MMA, boxing, the list just goes on and on. I can not say enough about VetTix and the awesome job they do. If you have a dd-214 there is no reason you should not sign up. And if you are thinking about donating to them, well me and my vet friends thank you already just for your consideration.
This is the first site like this I’ve ever used it was a long process to join but I managed to figure it out I’ve not received any tickets yet but look forward to getting familiar with the site and finding some tickets

I recently joined Vet Tix after my father told me about their organization .Since joining I have used Vet Tix to be able to take my family to two college football games as well as take my wife to a rock concert .VetTix has made t possible for me to do and take my family to different events I otherwise would not be able to attend .It’s a wonderful organization .

As a disabled veteran on a fixed income it's a great opportunity to be able to attend an event that I can actually afford! I've seen several great concerts like Chris Jansen, Old Dominion and Zac Brown thanks to VetTix.org. The donated tickets by the venue or artist are always appreciated and I am looking forward to attending more events this year. The only negative is the tickets are not always easily accessible if you have physical difficulties
