I had been receiving donations from Mary Queen of all Nations Missionary Alliance since 1997 to be distributed to our orphanage and poor people here in the Philippines, especially here in Western Visayas and the biggest help we received here was when Western Visayas was devastated by typhoon Haiyan( Yolanda). Through me alone, MQAN had donated rice and goods, GI sheets to more than a hundred families to replace their blown away roofs of their houses. At present , I am receiving support from MQAN for scholarship of 9 college students. Lately I received donations of dresses and blankets for children which I distributed to Aetas (Ati), They are nomads staying in street corners of the City of Iloilo.Thank you MQAN

When the typhoon Yolanda hit the Philippines I was so worried especially when I heard the news that Northern Antique was in signal number4 because of my grandparents. I left them when I entered the convent, they are both single and in old age.
I don't have communication with them even after the typhoon. i can't go home because I am chosen to be sent in one of our schools to help the sisters there in cleaning the convent. Luckily, one of our sisters went home to check the situation of her family and she visited also our place. By God's grace both my grandparents were alive and safe but the roof of our house were blew by Yolanda.
When I saw the pictures that our sister taken I felt helpless but God sent someone to help us, the Mary Queen of all Nations Missionary Alliance through Sr. Mike. She gave me an amount of money to repair our house.
Thank you Mary Queen of All Nations Missionary Alliance for helping us, victims of Yolanda.

On that morning, I didn't expect that we are already in signal # 4 but we can't feel it because there is no rain but during in the afternoon, the typhoon started to hit our barangay. The heavy rain started to pouring down, the air sounds like very angry. But then, were prepared, our things are placed already in the 2nd floor of my grandfather's house. During that night, we started to rattled because there is flood already it is not just an ordinary flood because it reaches the roof of our house because of these i started getting nervous because i haven't experienced that kind of tragedy in my entire life. I just pray to god to save us against this super typhoon YOLANDA.

We never expected that the water will overflow on our area very fast. Thanks to God that we are so lucky because none of us was badly affected as Tacloban did. I was thinking that maybe God help us to survive.

After several days we are so lucky to receive blessing from MARY QUEEN OF ALL NATIONS MISSIONARY ALLIANCE, we are so thankful that they helped us through Dominican Sisters and Dominican College of Iloilo. I hope that they will continue to share their generosity and kindness to others. God bless!

Last November 8,2013 we experienced a typhoon named YOLANDA. But before that day we almost prepared everything that we need such as water, lights, foods, woods that we may used for cooking cellphones are charged and rice. When the typhoon came we experience strong wind and heavy rain and some of trees nearby in our house were almost fall into the ground due to the typhoon.we stayed in our house for 1 day but on the second day we decided to evacuate in our aunt's house. Several minutes after we evacuate in aunts house our two neighbors approach my grandfather if they would be OK for them to stayed there due to typhoon. My grandfather told them yes because he feel pity for them because they have small children. The water get deeper and deeper and it reaches inside my aunt house and due to that we put all our things such as cooking utensils, sack of rice, our shoes and other things that would be helpful to us.During the typhoon,my father did not stayed in our house because he go to find work in order to buy goods for us. But we must thankful to our neighbor because they shared their food to us when in times that we don't have and we obtain give and take relationship after the typhoon. We also thankful to God because he make my family safe and secure during the typhoon. Before the day when super typhoon YOLANDA hits Western Visayas, I and my family prayed and prepare our things on whatever happens. I was afraid and nervous thinking on what will happen to us after that tragedy. November 8, the day typhoon Yolanda was expected to hit Western Visayas, my father told my mother to packed our things and evacuate to higher place, because our place is not safe to stay. after we packed our things we ride to a bus going to the evacuation center. while we are ridding I think and prayed the safeness of my father and brother who are lift on our house. in the afternoon the day typhoon Yolanda came we are on the evacuation center and we are told to stay on our place. No one is allowed to go outside the center, because of the things happening outside. the branches of trees were falling and it is dangerous to go outside. After that day, the fearful day that i ever encountered in my entire life, my mother thought that we can now go back to our house, but a bad message we received that our place was flooded and the flow of the water was strong and rises high. And we come home we saw the disaster brought by typhoon Yolanda, the roof of our house was gone, and the trees around our house were all falling on the ground.

Thank you so much to MARY QUEEN OF ALL NATIONS MISSIONARY ALLIANCE for the assistance that my family received through Dominican College of Iloilo. God bless..

Nov. 8, 2013. 2 days before the super typhoon devastated Visayas, I text my mother to prepare for the said typhoon and they follow my suggestions and got their selves ready for the coming of YOLANDA. When the super typhoon YOLANDA hit Sara, Iloilo with Signal number four last November 08, 2013, I was there. I was there to help and protect my family to the said Super Typhoon.
Nov. 8, 2013, Friday 12:00 Noon. It was the 1st time in my life that I have experienced a strong wind that was brought by Yolanda. It was not just a strong blew of wind, but a very strong wind that made the strong foundation of our roof lifted up. Our tree house has been toppled. Our newly constructed house has been damage by the wind. Yet, we are lucky, and still thankful to God that Yolanda strikes our location during the day, thinking about what if it strikes us at night. Maybe more damage has been caused by Yolanda.
After that day, everything was chaotic, but still was still thankful that no one got hurt in my Families and Friends, even our pet, dogs, and our source of income, the swine. They are all right.
Thank you MARY QUEEN OF ALL NATIONS MISSIONARY ALLIANCE for the donation of goods through Dominican College Of Iloilo. It such a big help for us who were hit by typhoon. Thank you very much and may the Lord Bless you more.

Thank you and May God bless you Mary Queen of All Nations Missionary Alliance for your immediate and wholehearted response to us here in the Philippines, devastated by the super typhoon "YOLANDA) specifically here in Western Visayas. You can see the horrible pictures of wreckages of buildings taken by CNN and other reports. The damages in Western Visayas is not very well publicized as the focus is in the eastern part where there are thousands of casualties but the destruction of buildings and crops are more or less the same. We sent appeal for assistance for our six schools and assistance for our sisters families whose homes are flattened by the typhoon. I have listed 20 of our sisters homes and it is still adding as communication is slow to arrive as there are no electricity and signals in the affected part of Northern Iloilo, Capiz antique, and aklan.
With your initial financial assistance we were able to respond to the people's need for food, clothing and shelter even just with the use of light materials like bamboo and nipa leaves for roofing. As of now, there are still many families asking for help to rebuild their homes. Foreign aids don't reach here as their concentration are in Tacloban, Leyte, Samar, Cebu, etc. Our4 convents and schools have no roofs. Its raining here. Our teachers and students are asking for help.

An impressive charity reaching out to dozens of countries and serving
thousands of people. Almost $ 800,000 in donations, all going to
the very poor.

Founder Merla practices what all of us strive for: Help thy neighbor
as you would like to be treated.

Missionaries from around the world outline their needs, and Mary
Queen of All Nations Missionary Alliance helps whenever they can.

The missionaries report their results back to The Alliance Board &
The Board exercises due diligence that all donations are well spent.

Difficult to believe that such a perfect organization exists. The
founder's christian beliefs are evident in each act of charity.

Have seen many non profits in action, but can not think of any that
recycle 100% of their incoming donations to the intended purpose
of helping the impoverished become more self sufficient and have hope.

Mary Queen of All Nations Missionary Alliance has done a phenomenal job for the past 29 years in
helping the poor, the needy, and the downtrodden. The work they do world-wide should be a head line
in major newspapers! As a member of the public, I am SO pleased to learn about organizations like
this one that work so very hard to distribute help and caring where it is the most needed. There are many prayers in my heart for the poor of this planet, and it makes me have hope for the future of humanity to know that Mary Queen of All Nations Missionary Alliance is doing such a noble job in the world to alleviate suffering. God bless them!

We give Rice Subsidy Program to 80 poor families living in the depressed areas of the parish.

One day while visiting my mother I heard her telling my nephew (7yr old) how some children in the world go to bed at night hungry. He wanted to know why their parents don't feed them. My mother explain that perhaps their parents didn't have work or worse these children didn't have parents. She went on to tell him about how she worked with on organization that helped get food to many of these children and would he like to help. Just a little of money from his allowance would help. He said " Ok Nana I'll give them five dollars from my bank." It was enough to make me come up with a donation also. My mother went on to explain how this organization spends every cent donated to help the poor. That made me increase my donation.

Mary Queen of All Nations Missionary Alliance was founded almost three decades ago and believes that God created this earth for all of us to enjoy. In this respect, this organization helps our less fortunate brothers and sisters in the third world countries who are in the category of "poorest of the poor" by providing the basic necessities like toilets, water wells, soaps, used clothes, medication, school supplies and others. It provides assistance on self-sufficiency projects so they will have a means of livelihood and be able to stand on their own. This earth was created by God for you and me and for everyone else to live on and enjoy for the rest of our lives. A small donation to this missionary alliance will go a long way to help out the rest of us in that other side of the globe who are not fortunate enough to have the blessings we enjoy in our country.

I became of this organization through the founder whose love for Jesus is personal, tangible and so warm it transfers to others. That love spills over into loving and helping others, especially the poorest of the poor in the most basic of ways, to give them a chance to survive and thrive - from food, water, to education and very small business funding. It works. 100% of the donations go to the poor and missions. Priests and seminarians are given the basic finances or materials to do the work of God in areas that are so often forgotten. It proves that a little help, given willingly and smartly, often goes a very long way and produces much fruit.

For two years I've associated with volunteers of Mary Queen of All Nations Missionary Alliance. I am astounded that they have provided services and goods to our neediest poor around the world with basic resources.
Every cent received as a donation is used in aid to others. The volunteers provide more than their time and personal resources to see that what is given to others in charity benefits them by allowing them to improve their own lives. Seeing such dedicated volunteers encourages me in my charitable efforts.
