lighted boat parade and tall ships events: a public celebration of the waterfront heritage of yorktown culminating in a parade of festively lighted boats along the york river shore, and visits from tall ships from other countries and ports
art at the river: a public art exhibition and juried art show at the historic waterfront setting.
