I’m not planning to become a pastor, but I chose to study theology at Yellowstone Theological Institute because I want a clear, Christ-centered foundation as I pursue a future in biology. Even though I’ve only taken a few classes so far, the impact has already been life-changing.
Dr. Millhouse has shown me what it truly looks like to follow God’s call, even when it involves risk and uncertainty. Dr. Schendel has taught me to think more clearly and deeply about Christ, and through that, I’ve discovered a new passion for church history and meaningful theology. Dr. Long has guided me in what it means to be a thoughtful and faithful leader. Dr. Desper has taught me to approach spiritual disciplines like prayer and Scripture with a heart that longs to know God more. And Dr. Smith has shown me the beauty of generosity and what it means to truly consider perspectives beyond my own.
The professors at YTI are more than educators. They are mentors who shape lives with humility, wisdom, and compassion. If I were to stop my studies today, I could honestly say my life has already been forever changed for the better. The work being done at Yellowstone is deeply important. It is forming disciples, strengthening the Church, and equipping people from all walks of life to follow Christ with conviction and clarity. Their impact reaches far beyond the classroom.
Yellowstone Theological is a great way to support the Lords work in Montana and the Gallatin County. YTI offers training and education degrees for pastors. Heaven knows that we need more pastors in our world today!
YTI has just completed a $9M capital campaign to build a new building and campus south of Bozeman on 19th Street & Graf Street. This new facility will attract more and more pastors to our beautiful valley to be supported and educated and at the same time enjoy the beauty we have in this valley! Any contribution that you give will go to the Lords work of expanding his church in our country and Montana! We certainly need to expand our christian leadership during these challenging times!
The faithful can feel good supporting the YTI mission and knowing that they are doing God's work here on earth.
