Mission: On January 8, 1999, inspired by a group of youngsters who performed at a debutante ball, a mother and daughter team decided to initiate a youth group called YEL (Youth Embracing Luv ). Although the children performed musical entertainment separately for many years, they enthusiastically decided to join together in one common goal- to utilize their God-given talents in making people happy, especially the sick, the elderly, and the needy. The original members are residents of the Tri-City area. Their ages range from the age of 5 through young adults. Despite their young minds, their sincere desire to help others opened up opportunities to overcome difficulties in order to meet their goals; thus, building the bridge between the young and the old. Objectives: * Provide musical entertainment at nursing homes * Create a " bridge of love" between the young and old * Help people in need * Develop future leaders * Provide constructive and enjoyable youth activities and at the same time develop and enhance the children's talents * Set as examples to others in charity, obedience, faith, trust, and love of God and neighbors.
