Mission: X-PAC is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization based in Portland, Oregon working to build a new generation of political activists and community leaders.
X-PAC was started in January 1995 by a group of young Portland residents who were tired of the bad rap Generation X was receiving, knew that there were a lot of active youth out there and realized the importance of organizing those folks to accomplish great things.
X-PAC encourages young people to vote, to serve on government and nonprofit boards & commissions, to run for office, and to volunteer.
