I had a heart transplant several years ago.I met the CEO of this organization on the volunteer trail. It seemed every place I went WCFR was there. They were relentless in their service to the people of Rockland County and Haiti.I remember meeting them after the earthquake in Haiti while they were campaigning everywhere to help there and back here in America too.My favorite experience I had with them was taking the Hands-Only CPR Class as the MLK Day of Service in 2015.This past December I was volunteering in the Palisades Center Mall in the food court when a young man passed out.Lots of people were standing around surrounding him and nobody was doing anything.I was able to jump in with confidence clear the crowd, send someone to security office, have someone call 911 and make sure to do my checkpoint on patient.Fortunately I did not have to compress him but I was ready. So I am grateful that I would have been able to save a life.Just an example of the things I have learned from WCFR.PROFESSIONAL INSPIRATIONAL GROUP
Worldwide Community First Responder (WCFR) stands for PRIDE, SECURITY, INSURANCE for a better tomorrow. Prevention is priceless as ignorance is costly. Let's stand tall and be supportive to better educate our community at large. Pitch in very generously to the cause or contact Mrs. Jacqueline Cassagnol for more information.
Wow Jackie, This is an amazing project, and great opportunity for new and rich information. It's beneficiary for getting to know the business aspects, as well as familiarizing yourself with the community and its needs. I would love to be a part of your project, if possible. Congratulations, you are an amazing woman.
Wow, I'm impressed. Somehow, someday I hope to contribute my knowledge and skills to your WCFR initiative. Keep up the good work.
Professor Cassagnol, you are an inspiration! Thanks and bless you for what you are doing to make a difference. Our world is shrinking and you stirred me to care more for people who cannot help themselves. I'm sure this posting will be followed by more support for your group....WCFR.
PLEASE continue to support the life-saving work of WCFR by giving generously of your time and money, and by encouraging your friends and neighbors to do the same. By supporting the work of WCFR, you will be “Teaching People, Saving Lives".
If you can’t be on the front lines, it does not matter. What matters is somebody has to be on the front lines for you, and/or on behalf of you. WCFR will do just that. All you have to do is send in your financial support and they will do the rest.
I strongly believe that WCFR’s two fold community grass roots philosophy, which maintains that teaching community members how to recognize and eliminate life threatening health hazards, as well as training community members in first aid and community response techniques is a highly effective way of changing and saving lives.
