Programs: Woc continued to develop working groups from among its members on addressing operational and technical marine environmental issues, including marine sound and port reception facilities. At a regional level, woc advanced the work of its arctic working group. The woc worked to develop a cross sectoral ocean industry interest in ocean policy and planning. The "smart" working group expanded efforts to engage industry vessels and offshore platforms in data collection/sharing.
