Mission: The World Future Society is the world's premier community of future-minded citizens. Our mission is to harness the spirit of discovery, the power of imagination, and the energy of collective action to create a brighter future.
Results: 50+ Years of Expertise: Founded in 1966, The World Future Society is the leading authority in the futurist and futures space with members in over 82 countries. Leadership: During it’s 51 year history, WFS acted as a think tank advising global leaders and executives of major corporations. Pioneer of Future Studies: As the first futures publishing house, the Society also wrote the original curriculum for what is today’s gold standard of futurist education. Global Reach: WFS worked to establish futures studies as a respected course of study at over 200+ universities worldwide.
Programs: The World Future Society means access to a community of like-minded citizens who are collectively building momentum around new ideas that will shape our future.
