Programs: The workforce innovation and opportunity act (wioa) is a federally funded program which provides employment and training services to adults, youth and dislocated workers. Wioa provides three levels of employment and training services; core services inform and educate clients about the labor market, intense services include staff assisted job search and occupational development, and training services pay for occupational skills training for eligible clients.
