Mission: Woodland centers is a community of mental health providers who offer a wide range of services to support people of all ages in finding hope and recovery in a safe and compassionate environment.
Programs: Outpatient counseling: mental health and substance abuse assessmentand therapy services for youth and adults completed by a professionalstaff of md's, aprn's, doctoral psychologists, licensed clinical socialworkers, licensed marital and family therapists as well as supervisedpractitioners. Services are structured in a flexible way to meetindividual circumstances. Clinics are located in seven communities aswell as 15 school based sites. Community education and preventionservices such as anger management, alternatives for substance abuse,and eap programs are also offered. Clients - 5,563; service units(hours) - 26,932
mobile crisis, behaviorial health homes, day treatment, psycho-social rehabilitation and community support: these services are geared for children, adolescents and adults. A structured continuum of services areavailable to address the needs and acuity of mental health and substance abuse. Evidence based practices are implemented and there is an assertive community treatment team to assist those with chronic care needs. Clients - 1,985; service units(hours) - 60,669
residential services: these services include acute behavioral crisisbeds, intermediate treatment beds (not to exceed 90 days), alcoholdetoxification and supportive housing. Stays in crisis beds generallyrange from 1 to 4 days in length and are for stabilization and referralto treatment services. Alcohol detox is sub-acute.
