Causes: Hot Lines & Crisis Intervention, Mental Health, Suicide Prevention
Mission: With hope, the amber craig memorial foundation, inc. Was born with the desire that, as a community, we can help our youth negotiate troubled times. With hope is a non profit 501 (c) 3 organization (tax id 74-3151202) dedicated to suicide prevention through improving mental health support services and education in our schools and throughout our community. With hope foundation is committed to supporting our local schools efforts in suicide prevention education. We have pledged to make available, at no cost to the schools, speakers and materials to effectively educate our community's youth on suicide prevention and depression awareness. In addition, we provide support and resources to individuals who are in need of mental health services and to those who have lost a loved one to suicide.
Programs: The foundation gives talks and provides materials to high school students in health education classes. The foundation also provides counseling to at-risk kids.
