The purpose of the company is to provide residents of the courtyard at winthrop a housing opportunity that promotes community, comfort, and convenience that enhances the total university experience. The company's charge is to ensure the continued viability of the courtyard at winthrop through maximum occupancy percentages and fiscal responsibility.
