Mission: Wildcat creates economic independence for structurally unemployed new yorkers through workforce and development strategies.
Programs: Economic development: wildcat actively seeks to generate jobs to employ individuals with barriers to employment through securing contracts with the new york state industries for the disabled, as well as through obtaining commercial contracts. These contracts provide an array of permanent and transitional employment opportunities.
education: wildcat provides educational programs for the youth that are focused on academic, vocational and "soft" skill training needed for success in the workplace such as interpersonal, communication, customer service, interviewing and school-to-workplace transition skills.
workforce development: wildcat capitalizes on its education and economic development functions to assist our clients in finding and maintaining employment. Wildcat's job placement services also benefit the business community as wildcat provides easy access to high quality talent, saving employers time and money in recruiting.
