Mission: To support the white house fellows educational program financially, to broaden the foundation members' understanding of government and the problems confronting government, and to encourage members' contribution to public service and the education of the public.
Programs: The whffa organizes an annual meeting for program alumni to maintain and broaden its members' understanding of government and the problems confronting government, to encourage and facilitate their contribution to public service and the education of the public at large with respect to such problems and their possible causes and solutions, and to provide continuing contacts among past and current white house fellows.
the program service activities include support of the education program for the current class of white house fellows meetings with leaders from all walks of society. The program service activities consist of 100-150 meetings of 11-19 white house fellows with leaders of government and industry during their fellowship. The foundation pays for a portion of the seminar costs.
