Mission: Wheels' mission is to improve the quality of life of individuals by coordinating and/or providing non-emergency transportation for medical treatment for those who are unable to travel any other way. This service shall be provided with the utmost sensitivity towards the human needs of clients in the greater Philadelphia area for whom Wheels can obtain the volunteer and/or financial resources. Wheels shall provide its services in an efficient and effective manner and maintain strong fiscal management and community involvement.
